Customers may return an item for refund within 15 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees.
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Please also insure your return package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Due to Covid regulations and quarantines, returns and refunds are taking longer than normal to process.
Please wait for at least 1-2 weeks after your return package has been delivered to the warehouse to get an update/status of refund or exchange. We thank you for your patience.
To make an exchange, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the required item.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please follow the instructions below:
- Click here to see where to find your order number on the packing list
- In the blue box below, enter the order number and zip code associated with that order number
- Click on “Find Order”
- On the next page, confirm Shipping Address details are correct
- Change the email address if you would like to receive the Return Authorization to a different email
- Select the items you want to return by checking the boxes on the left side
- Change the quantity of the selected items to the desired return amount
- Click on the “Generate Return” button
- You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to make your return.
