Cashmere Boutique has sold luxury cashmere products online since 1999. Over the years, we have served more than 250,000 customers worldwide with cashmere clothing, accessories, pashminas, throws, blankets, and gifts.

Our collections include cashmere sweaters, robes, coats, scarves, shawls, hats, gloves, socks, pashmina wraps, travel accessories, throws, and blankets. We offer styles for women and men, along with cashmere gifts for different occasions.

Our cashmere and pashmina collections are made with Grade-A cashmere fibers measuring approximately 14 to 15.5 microns in diameter. These fine fibers are selected for their softness, lightweight warmth, and comfortable feel.

Pashmina is the traditional Indian and Persian name for cashmere, so both terms refer to the same natural fiber. However, product composition can vary. Pure pashmina products are made with cashmere, while pashmina-silk blends generally contain 65 to 70% pashmina and 30 to 35% silk. Always check the individual product description for exact material details.

Product origin depends on the category. Our current collection includes pashminas, sweaters, shawls, robes, and blankets made in Nepal, while several hats, gloves, socks, coats, jackets, slippers, and travel sets are made in China. Some scarves and throws are produced in either Nepal or China. The exact country of origin is listed on the relevant product page.

Use our Size Guide and compare your body measurements with the sizing information provided for each product. Women's sizing uses measurements such as bust, waist, and hips, while men's sizing considers the neck, chest, sleeve, and waist. Product-specific measurements should take priority when available.

Dry cleaning is recommended for cashmere and pashmina products. Selected garments may be hand-washed in lukewarm water, gently squeezed without twisting, and dried flat away from direct heat or sunlight. Cashmere coats, jackets, and pants should not be washed at home. Some pilling can occur through normal friction and may be gently removed with a cashmere comb or fabric shaver.

Cashmere Boutique currently offers free ground shipping on U.S. orders. Products ship from the company's North Carolina warehouse, generally within one business day unless a product is backordered or its page states otherwise. Ground delivery within the continental United States is estimated at four to seven business days. International shipping is also available to most major countries, although duties and taxes may apply.

Unused products returned in their original packaging are eligible for a refund within 15 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but Cashmere Boutique does not charge a restocking fee. For an exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.
