Customers may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Customers must request a Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Please also insure your return package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For exchanges, customers may be charged for re-shipping, based on the number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested.
How to make a Return
If you would like to make a return, please scroll down and follow the instructions below.
- Enter the order number on your packing list and zip code associated with that order number
- Click here to see where to find your order number on the packing list
- Click on “Find Order”
- Confirm Shipping Address details are correct
- Change the email address if you would like to receive the Return Authorization to a different email
- Select the items you want to return by checking the boxes on the left side
- Change the quantity of the selected items to the desired return amount
- Click on the “Generate Return” button

Extended Exchange Policy for the Holidays
Orders placed between Nov 1st and Dec 31st can be exchanged up until Jan 20th of the following year. The return period for orders sent back for refunds will remain the same at 15 days after receipt of the order.

For items returned between Dec 1st and Jan 7th, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
